First you should inform EmEx 3 about your Internet channel parameters.

In other words you should describe your download speed. Depending on this information EmEx 3 will offer you most optimal settings for download speed limiters. Mind that the connection speed is measured in bits per second, not in bytes or kilobytes.

1 kilobyte = 8 kilobit.
