Phase2Media Direct Expands E-mail Sales Team;

NEW YORK—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Feb. 22, 2001—Phase2Media, a leading Internet advertising sales and marketing organization, has named Raymond Howard account manager, e-mail and direct sales in the company's San Francisco office. The announcement was made today by Richy Glassberg, chairman and CEO.

Phase2Media E-mail has emerged as a leader in the e-mail marketing arena, offering advertisers an e-mail marketing solution that combines premium online and offline brands with sophisticated targeting capabilities of over 50 million e-mail names. Phase2Media, which first distinguished itself for its focus on branded, single-site representation, expanded its business to include a distinct e-mail and newsletter division in April of 2000. Currently, Phase2Media E-mail focuses on e-mail list rental, sales, brokerage and segmentation and is partnered with ClickAction to provide E-mail Relationship management (ERM) services to clients and advertisers.

Howard joins Phase2Media E-mail and Direct from DeltaClick where he was a consultant responsible for sales development, working with new clients including Audio Book Club, Dial Free Calls and eTour. Prior to DeltaClick, he worked as an account executive at GetRelevant.com, Nextel Communications, WorldCom Wireless, and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.

Howard's appointment is effective immediately.
