Acxiom Releases InfoBase ListDirect System

Acxiom Corp.'s InfoBase ListDirect technology is now available for purchase by list brokers and direct marketing agencies, the company said yesterday.

InfoBase ListDirect is Acxiom's Web-based count and order system for use with its InfoBase Business List database containing more than 14 million U.S. business names and addresses and its consumer database containing 104 million U.S. households, or 164 million individuals.

"We've completed a very successful beta-test period with several of our best clients," Norman Wacks, broker sales leader for Acxiom's InfoBase List product, said in a statement. "Our introductory clients reported that the sorting and selection process was easy and intuitive. They were also able to get counts very quickly."
