ClickAction's Email Marketing Automation

In response to a demand for a closed-loop e-marketing solution and improved ROI reporting functionality, ClickAction has introduced a cost-effective software solution that saves times while enabling customized, automated and one-to-one dialogues. Email Marketing Automation (EMA) will be available to ClickAction's clients and partners on June 15. EMA enables clients to integrate profile data in real time from multiple touchpoints while providing detailed reports about response rates, open rates and other metrics, which allow marketers to better analyze email-marketing campaigns. Other features include a streamlined user interface and improved navigation tools.
