Worker sacked for sending naked e-mail to wrong person
June 12, 2001
A worker who sent an e-mail attachment with naked photos to the wrong person has been sacked.
He posted the attachment to a female boss in the US but he meant to send it to someone with an almost identical name and e-mail address.
He apologised but has been sacked by Dell in Montpellier, France, for sexual harassment. He is taking the company to industrial tribunal.
The worker says he should not have lost his job.
The case will be heard on June 20.
