AEE 2.31 and AMV 4.22: strong bugs are fixed

We are very sorry for the bugs in 2.30 version of AEE and 4.21 version of AMV. Error in both programs cause an exception and program termination. Please, get 2.31 and 4.22 versions. Thank you for your bug reports!
